H/INSP (NPCC) Lee Kai Wei Kelvin has been elected as the Finance Officer of the 17th Executive Committee.

Please note that in accordance to Article 7.7 (b) of the Constitution, "Fifty percent of the total membership or 20 ordinary members shall form a quorum at any of the General Meetings." The Special Resolutions and also the election of the Finance Officer were passed as we have met the quorum at that point in time. This was however, not the case for the other positions in the 17th Executive Committee.
