Message
I am P/H/INSP Cai Ruibao currently in the training committee. The unit I am serving now is Yusof Ishak Secondary School. I am now running for the post of training officer of NTUNPCC and I wish I will get the post. I believe that my background as a cadet and CI gave me a strong foundation in terms of hard skills like drills, campcraft, and etc. I am also competent and experienced in training aspects like planning and organizing camps and courses as I have done many projects of such. This makes me a suitable candidate for a training officer.
My vision for NTUNPCC for the coming new work year is to organize an eventful and purposeful HOBTC and also to organize some enrichment courses like first aid, games leadership, etc which is to aim to equip HOs with skills to carry out duties more efficiently to improve NTUNPCC and NPCC overall. I hereby ask for your support.
